Where's my tracking number?
You won't receive a tracking number for pre-orders until the order ships. Due to COVID-19, certain items may be delayed up to 12 weeks.

Where is my order confirmation e-mail?
Order confirmation e-mails are sent out immediately after purchase. If you haven't received one, you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly. Check your spam folder first, then reach out with your full name, the items you purchased, and your preferred e-mail, and we'll send you a new order confirmation.
I entered the wrong shipping address! Can you change it?

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, due to proceeds of many of the items going to various charities, order cancellations are not possible.
Can I exchange my order for a different size?
Unfortunately, we can not exchange sizes.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of the products we sell we do not accept any returns.

Why was my order/item in my order canceled?
There are a few reasons why your order could have been canceled. The item may have sold out, there was a stock error, or our system has indicated that the order was fraudulent. In any case, if you receive an email that items from your order have been canceled, you will get a full refund for those item(s).
Can I get the sale price on an item if I already purchased?
Sales are special events, so unfortunately once an order is placed we cannot replace or refund the order.
